Spring Richardson-Perry is an organizational culture and HR consultant grounded in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, bringing doctoral-level rigor, 15+ years of cross-sector experience, and a track record of measurable results to every engagement.
Before founding Time to Spring Forward in 2021, Spring worked inside the organizations she now serves: as a classroom teacher, instructional coach, school administrator, HR manager, and board leader. That insider experience shapes everything. She doesn't arrive with templates. She arrives with the questions only someone who has sat in your seat knows to ask.
Spring specializes in employee engagement surveys and diagnostics, organizational culture assessment and development, workforce and leadership development, and grant writing and funding strategy. Her clients include private sector companies, government agencies, K–12 schools, and nonprofits, all served with the same evidence-based methodology and founder-level attention.
