She founded Time to Spring Forward in 2021 to give mission-driven leaders the honest read and the working plan she could never find as a practitioner. She is the developer of the Culture Health Index and is working on her PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at Grand Canyon University, with 15+ years of cross-sector experience across K-12 education, nonprofits, and government.
She is a graduate of the Goldman Sachs program and has served in various roles on nonprofit boards.
