These terms govern your use of the Time to Spring Forward, LLC website and services. By using our website or purchasing a service, you agree to these terms.

Our services

Time to Spring Forward provides consulting services and done-for-you website services for small businesses, nonprofits, schools, and public agencies. Specific deliverables, timelines, and prices for your engagement are stated on the service page or in a written agreement with you, which controls if there is any conflict with these general terms.

Website services

  • Build fee. Website builds begin once the one-time build fee is paid. The founding-period build fee is $499 unless a larger scope is quoted in writing.
  • Monthly plans. Monthly plan billing begins when your site goes live, not at signup. Plans continue month to month until cancelled.
  • Update requests. Monthly plans include two update requests per month. A request is one submission of related small changes, up to about 30 minutes of work, completed within two business days. One unused request rolls over each month, and up to three may be banked at a time.
  • Add-ons. New pages, new features, and larger projects are priced in advance and begin only after you approve the price.
  • Cancellation. You may cancel a monthly plan with 30 days' notice. There is no lock-in.
  • Ownership. You own your domain, your content, and your site files. If you cancel, we provide a full handoff of your files and content. Build-only clients keep their site with no monthly fee; updates, monitoring, and backups are not included without a monthly plan.

Payments

Payments are processed through our payment providers. Founding clients keep their monthly rate locked for 12 months from the start of their plan. Fees already paid for work performed are not refundable.

Your content and responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content, images, and materials you provide, and for keeping your own account credentials secure. You agree not to use our website or services for unlawful purposes.

Intellectual property

The content on this website belongs to Time to Spring Forward, LLC or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission, except for your own content, which remains yours.

No guarantees

Consulting and website services are provided in good faith and with professional care, but we do not guarantee specific business, funding, ranking, or revenue outcomes.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Time to Spring Forward, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service involved in the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page, with its effective date, is the current version.
