Invoicing that connects to your payments. Create and send invoices right from your workspace, one at a time or on a recurring schedule. Every invoice carries a click-to-pay link, so your client can pay on a secure page through the payment account you connected. No login needed on their end. You can see at a glance which invoices are sent, viewed, paid, or overdue, a receipt goes out when payment lands, and the payment is recorded on your client's record. Automatic reminders can go out for invoices that are still unpaid.
Your own business number, with texting. Your workspace comes with its own business phone number. You can send and receive text messages from that number inside the platform, and every conversation is saved on your client's record, right alongside your email history, so the whole story of a client lives in one place. Calls to your business number can ring through to the real phone you choose, and voicemail is captured in the platform.
Send us what you would like changed, and we will handle it within two business days. Your plan includes two update requests each month. A request is one submission of related small changes, up to about 30 minutes of work.
One unused request rolls over each month, and you can bank up to three at a time. That means you can use up to five requests in a single month (your two monthly requests plus three banked), which is plenty for a seasonal refresh or a big announcement.
If a request is bigger than 30 minutes, we will let you know before starting and offer a clear quote. You will never be surprised by a bill.
New pages, new features, or a full redesign are not part of your monthly updates, but you will never be left guessing on price. Every add-on is priced and approved by you before any work begins.
