Culture Reset for Mission-Driven Leaders

A four-week working cohort for leaders of mission-driven organizations — nonprofits, social impact organizations, school districts, and charter schools.

Culture is not a poster on the wall. It is how your team experiences work every day – how decisions are made, how conflict is handled, and whether people feel safe enough to speak honestly. Culture Reset is a four-session virtual working cohort where you will look at the culture of your own organization with clear eyes, understand what the data is telling you, and leave with a practical 90-day plan.

The four sessions

Four virtual sessions, Tuesdays from 12:00-1:30pm CT:

  • ◆Week 1 - November 17, 2026: You Are the Culture - diagnostic launch. We begin with the Culture Health Check and the role your own leadership plays in shaping culture.
  • ◆Week 2 - November 24, 2026: Reading Your Soil - your results. We read your Culture Health Check results together and identify where to focus.
  • ◆Week 3 - December 1, 2026: Conflict, Voice, and Psychological Safety - how people raise concerns, disagree, and are heard.
  • ◆Week 4 - December 8, 2026: Your 90-Day Culture Plan - a focused, realistic plan you can carry into the next quarter.

What is included

  • ◆The Culture Health Check diagnostic for your own organization
  • ◆Session materials for all four sessions
  • ◆A private peer circle of fellow nonprofit leaders

Who it is for

Culture Reset is built for leaders of mission-driven organizations: executive directors and CEOs of nonprofits and social impact organizations, superintendents and district leadership teams, charter school and network leaders, heads of school, and the senior leaders they rely on. If your organization runs on people and purpose, this room was designed for you.

Founding cohort

$495 per seat (founding rate). The founding cohort is limited to 8 seats so that every leader is known, heard, and supported.
